Targeting glutes can also help alleviate back and hip pain as it often stems from ‘lazy’ glutes.

You don’t have to use weights, I don’t if I’m at home.

20 glute bridges 
20 single glute bridges (10 per leg)
20 bear hydrants (10 per leg)
20 straight leg hydrants (10 per leg)
20 glute pulses

20 staggered push ups (10 each angle)
20 tricep push ups
10 side plank lifts
10 side plank leg lifts
10 side plank shoulder raises

+100 = 500/1000
